======================================

Due to more stringent legal requirements for pawnshops
throughout the country, extensive changes in WinPawn
Interest rate and fee handling were made to meet most US
states and other countries current requirements.

Arizona has somewhat different ticket legal requirement from
the one supplied with WinPawn you downloaded from our
website.

Please follow these steps:

1. *** Copy the files

FEES.DBF
FEES.CDX
TRXPARAM.CDX
TRXPARAM.DBF
TRXPARAM.FPT
TRANSCU.FRX
TRANSCU.FRT

in this arizona.zip over the old files in the WinPawn
directory (folder).

After you install the files, start WinPawn and go to
File/SystemSetup/WorkstationSetup and select the "Custom"
invoice form.

2. *** The current Winpawn interest/fees settings for ARIZONA are:

2.1 INTEREST setup:

As of July 18, 2000 the interest rates are:
90 day maturity, 16% interest for the first 60 days with
full 16% charge for the first 60 days, 6% for next 30 days
prorated daily and then 3%/month prorated daily after that.

2.2 OTHER FEES setup:

$5.00 Initial setup fee.

$5.00/month Firearm handling fee per firearm.

IMPORTANT: This requires using the firearm main category
ONLY for 4473/regulated type guns. Do not add
non-regulated guns like Black powder / airgun / etc. in
this category. Those items are found in the
"Sports Eq./Gun" subcategory where you can add more such
  items.

$5.00/month over 3CuFt storage fee.

$5.00/day vehicle storage fee.

$7.50 for lost ticket fee.

If you need to add, delete or change any of these interest
rates or fees, please consult the instruction manual in
section 6.3.1

3. *** There is a BACKSIDE.DOC file which has Arizona legal
text to be printed on the backside of tickets. If you are
using plain paper for tickets, just print the backside.wri
file and copy that with a copier to a ream of paper to be
used for ticket printing. For dot matrix printers on
multipart paper, you may need to have that done by a
printshop.

Abri Technologies has made these file changes as a courtesy to the
pawnbroker and as information was available with our budget restraints.

requirements are met.
